Guy Cuddihee Scholarship
CSI Gives Back is pleased to announce a new annual college scholarship in memory of well-known local philanthropist Guy Cuddihee.
Prior to becoming CEO of Beaches Habitat for Humanity, Cuddihee spent more than 20 years in leadership roles across a number of staffing firms including CSI Companies. He joined CSI as Director of Business Development in 2013.
Over the years, Cuddihee established a large philanthropic footprint across the First Coast as a leader and board member of organizations such as JAXUSA, North Florida School of Special Education, San Marco Rotary, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Beaches Habitat for Humanity.

Each year, the Guy Cuddihee Memorial Scholarship will identify and recognize a student who goes above and beyond in the community and award them with a $5,000 scholarship.
Student eligibility
Who is eligible?
- Must be a graduating Senior from Samuel W. Wolfson High School in Duval County
- Must maintain a 3.0+ (unweighted) GPA
- Must have a minimum of 100 community service hours
- Must be accepted to and plan to enroll in a 2 or 4-year accredited institution for the Fall 2021 semester
- Letters of recommendation may be required upon request
The deadline for application submission is Friday, March 10, 2023.
Three finalists will be selected to interview with the CSI Gives Back Committee who will determine the scholarship recipient.

Through this scholarship, we’re continuing Guy’s legacy and inspiring students to keep making a difference for those around them.
Over the years, Cuddihee established a large philanthropic footprint across the First Coast as a leader and board member of organizations such as JAXUSA, Chairman of the Board for North Florida School of Special Education; Volunteers in Medicine; Art with a Heart; Bairfind; Capital Campaign Leader for Community Hospice; San Marco Rotary, Big Brothers, Big Sisters; National MS Society; Junior Achievement; Esprit d Corps; Jacksonville Marine Institute; and the Governing Board of Members for Epping Forest Yacht and Country Club.
